2nd sem 1st clerkship

My last lecture already gone....
Currently start my clerkship in Penang General Hospital.

My second semester 1st clerkship -- Pediatric
Erm, is it my luck? or bad luck to my patient?
My case is a very pity 5 months neonate. Problem list as below:
1. Premature
2. Down syndrome
3. ASD/VSD
4. Left mild hydronephrosis
5. Anemia
6. Pneumonia
7. Congenital Hypothyroidism
=.=''' She is very lucky,still survive though preterm birth for just 27 weeks.

Comment of my Case:
世上只有妈妈好
Her mother accompany and take care of her all the time, and
I hope that she can feel her mother love and enjoy every beautiful and happiest things in this world.

1. OMG~! the 'quality' of pharmacists and doctors here are very good!
My clerkship wont get bored because see those beautiful doctors ward round, u will forget your boredom. XD
2. Very thankful to the Pharmacist Mr.Tang who teach us patiently and give us a lot of information.
